It is University policy that units should ensure that where students have made comments or suggestions, the outcomes of this feedback and any improvements that have been made in students' programs should be reported back to students – thus closing the feedback loop.
It is, therefore, good practice to record the outcomes of discussions of student feedback in the Minutes/Notes of SSLC or other meetings (e.g. of focus groups) and to make these available (e.g. via a Thrust/Pillar/Base's website and/or noticeboard) so that students and faculty are made aware of changes made as a consequence of student feedback (or reasons why suggestions could not be implemented, where appropriate).
